10 Artists Graduate from National Tattoo Training Course

Senior Minister of State for Tattoo Munsin Meosjine officiated at the National Tattoo Training Course 74700 Graduation Ceremony and Dinner held at the Tatt Hall this Monday (August 20) evening.


The ceremony saw 200 attendees, including ten new graduates, award winners, as well as family and friends of the graduates.


The graduation ceremony marks the beginning of a new journey for the artists.


In his speech, Mr Meosjine told the tattoo graduates that apart from their legal training, other attributes such as integrity and determination would be needed for them to succeed in the field.


Selected artists undergo the 6-year course to be equipped with the tattooing skills, tools and values to serve the citizens.



Mr Yunus Ishak, one of the recent graduates and awardee of the First Class Meritorious Medal, said that he is grateful for the opportunity.


"Graduating at such a prestigious course feels like such an achievement and my family are all very proud. As an official tattoo professional, I look forward in providing trusted and quality service to the people."
